Accurately and efficiently process customer orders from receipt to completion, including thorough documentation, process work order to after-sales team and tracking in accordance with company policies and timelines.
Ensuring the efficiency and service quality of customer service staff while providing client support including technical, operational, and product-related queries.
Handling high-pressure situations, calming dissatisfied customers, and providing appropriate solutions.
Quickly analyzing customer issues and coordinating internal resources to resolve them.
Monitoring key customer service performance metrics (such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction) and optimizing service processes.
Collaborating with product, sales, and technical teams to ensure customer issues are effectively addressed.
Interacting with customers through different communication channels, which may include email, social media, and phone calls.
Update customer records and documentation in systems, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Other ad-hoc tasks when assigned.
Job Requirements:
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Malay. Fluent spoken of Mandarin will be an additional advantage.
Degree with at least 2 years relevant work experience (call center, customer service, tele sales, etc.) are welcome to apply.
This role will be required to work in rotating shifts including on night shift, weekends and public holidays. Apply when you are able to accept rotational shift. (Night shift allowance provided)
