We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a
Customer Service Executive - KYC
. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and performing KYC verification to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, focusing on KYC-related matters
Review and verify customer identification documents and data
Guide customers through the KYC process and provide accurate information
Ensure all KYC documentation meets internal and external compliance standards
Collaborate with other departments to resolve KYC issues or escalations
Maintain accurate records of interactions and verifications
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or KYC/compliance-related roles
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures strictly
Familiarity with regulatory or compliance requirements is a plus
Able to work on rotational shifts and public holidays.
