  • Answer to the inbound calls & reply to E-mails pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback
  • Provide quick, accurate, and friendly service to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Meet and exceed customer service metrics such as customer satisfaction, resolution time, and quality assurance
  • Raising issues to next levels related to the company\'s products if required.
  • To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
  • Fluency in Mandarin language required as need to support TW Market.
