Responsibilities
Provide excellent online and offline customer service, answering inquiries, resolving issues, after-sales service, and maintaining positive customer relationships
Handle customer complaints or concerns efficiently and professionally.
Actively follow up on customer issues and effectively handle handovers when colleagues are on vacation.
Maintain good communication and cooperation with relevant departments.
Responsible for regular output of improvement and optimization suggestions from customer management and user experience perspectives.
Achievement of monthly KPI index.
Reception of walk in Customer
Assist in the execution of all company activities.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management from time to time, demonstrating adaptability.
