TalReso is a professional, Digital Recruitment Agency based in Malaysia, with operations also in India and Singapore.JOB SCOPE: Attending to inbound calls, live chats and emails Respond to customers\' general queries, complaints/feedbacks in a timely and accurate way Assist and resolve customers\' inquiries with their mobile subscriptions, mobile plans, contract, mobile devices and monthly payments issues Manage customer complaints and feedbacks accordingly.SALARY PACKAGE: BASIC SALARY: RM 2,000.00 KPI & Attendance Allowance: Up to RM500 Night Shift Allowance: Up to RM400. Language Allowance: RM800 (Mandarin -speak, read & write) Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,900.00 per monthWORKING HOURS: Mon-Sun (morning, afternoon & night shifts) 5 working days & 2 days off (depending on shifts) 9 hours working (8 hours working + 1 hour break) Earliest shift starts: 7AM Last shift ends: 3AMLOCATION: Symphony House Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya (accessible by LRT Ara Damansara Station -10mins walking) FREE shuttle service transport from LRT station to Office based on selected schedule.
