Customer Service Executive ( Mandarin Speaker )

Job Description
- Required to speak in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Fluency in Mandarin is compulsory as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin speaking counterparts
- No experience required, but ability to communicate clearly and concisely is essential
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply

- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Responsible for daily operation, deliver excellent customer service to deal and resolve players\' queries and issues
- Actively collect feedback from players, summarize them and submit promptly to operation team for improvement
- Perform data collection and analysis, propose operational improvement plans from players\' perspectives to optimize users\' experience
- Ensure high quality service standards are met, maintain and/or increase customer connections
- Perform other ad-hoc assignments as needed

- Evening shift - 4.00pm - 1.00am (Lunch break 6.00pm - 7.30pm)
