Willing to work in 24/7 rotational shift pattern

Provide top-notch customer support across all communication channels.

Ensure issues are resolved on the first contact and follow up with service partners and internal teams to close cases per service standards.
Give feedback on tools, resources, and procedures to improve workflow and customer experience.
Deliver services that ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by going the extra mile
