  • Communication (Speak, read and write)- English and Mandarin 5/5
  • Experience - 1 years to 6 years, Fresh Grad can if got prior exp.
  • Education - SPM/ Diploma/ Degree
  • Willing to work in 24/7 rotational shift pattern
  • Able to work in Klang Valley/Kuala Lumpur Area
TanggungjawabJob Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer support across all communication channels.
  • Identify and address customer needs, offering strategic solutions and clarifying any confusion.
  • Ensure issues are resolved on the first contact and follow up with service partners and internal teams to close cases per service standards.
  • Give feedback on tools, resources, and procedures to improve workflow and customer experience.
  • Deliver services that ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by going the extra mile
