Update backend settings & logistics status Check orders to avoid errors or delays Verify payments & process top-ups Identify and report operational/customer issues Update prices, announcements & holiday notices Respond to customer inquiries
Requirements:
1-2 years relevant experience Proficient in Chinese & English
