Job Description


  • Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issue related to the company\'s products
  • Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Requirement
  • Minimum requirement: SPM / UEC / MLVK
  • Able to work at Medini, Iskandar Puteri area
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months Salary: RM1,900.00 - RM3,200.00 per month Schedule:
  • Afternoon shift
  • Day shift
  • Early shift
  • Evening shift
  • Night shift
  • Rotational shift
