Job Description
- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issue related to the company\'s products
- Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
- Minimum requirement: SPM / UEC / MLVK
- Able to work at Medini, Iskandar Puteri area
Contract length: 24 months Salary: RM1,900.00 - RM3,200.00 per month Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Early shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Mandarin (Preferred)
- Cantonese (Preferred)
