Your role will be responsible to identify the customers\' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns and manage the day-to-day customer service operations. • Handling inbound calls/emails/live chat regarding customer\'s general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks, and other issues related to the company\'s products
• Assist and resolve customers\' inquiries with their services, payment issues, orders, Apps, etc.
• Give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns
• Delivering respect to the customer
• Ability to communicate clearly with the customer

• Minimally SPM and above
• No experience/ fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided
• Willingness to learn about customer service industry
• Exceptional listening and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to work in rotational shift during peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• 6 Days work week
• 9 working hours include 1 hour break
• Able to work in Bandar Medini, Nusajaya, Johor (79250)

• FREE shuttle bus service provided \xe2\x80\x93 Skudai, Tampoi, Larkin Sentral, Bukit Indah,, Taman Universiti, Gelang Patah, Nusa Height, City Square
• Salary is up to RM 2,800 per month (including allowances)
• Training provided (1 month)
• Free accommodation for the first 2 weeks
