Job Description

Customer Service Executive Samsung Authorized Service Center Pavilion Mall, Kuala Lumpur. Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer service on-site
  • Resolve customer problem and issue.
  • Do admin and any related task
Requirement:
  • Minimum SPM Speak Malay and English
  • Willing to learn & start from below Availability to work shift hours,including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work under daily and/or weekly deadlines, in a fast-changing work environment Fresh grads are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in customer service is a huge advantage
Operation Hour: Sunday - Saturday 10am - 10pm Working Hour: Morning Shift: 10am - 6.30pm Noon Shift: 1.30pm - 10.00pm (3 days Morning Shift & 3 Days Noon shift) Working Location: Samsung Experience Store (One Mobile Care SDN BHD)- Pavilion KL Lot 1. 19. 00, 168, Bukit Bintang St, Bukit Bintang, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,300.00 - RM3,300.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Bukit Bintang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)
