Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Deliver outstanding customer support through live chat, email, and inbound/outbound phone calls to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience. Respond to customer queries promptly, providing accurate details about product features, benefits, and pricing. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by following up proactively through calls and emails. Consistently meet and surpass individual and team KPIs and performance goals.

Job Requirements:



Minimum qualification: SPM No prior experience required - comprehensive training will be provided Must be able to start immediately Strong command of English, both spoken and written Attractive overtime pay available
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM2,900.00 per month
