Attend to the needs and requests of postpartum mothers
Share information about our confinement care packages and services with customers
Manage in-house and external customers' enquiries
Schedule bookings for postnatal services
Communicate and coordinate with other departments effectively to provide customers an exceptional stay experience
Overall ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
Enjoy interacting with people
Strong team player
Able to work on weekend and public holiday
Proficiency in English and Mandarin
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (as training will be provided)
