Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls and efficiently respond to customer inquiries and feedback related to the company's products and services.
Deliver clear, accurate, and comprehensive information to customers and internal stakeholders.
Resolve customer concerns promptly or escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure all matters are addressed effectively.
Maintain a professional demeanor while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidates
Fresh graduates, individuals currently unemployed, or those recently retrenched are strongly encouraged to apply.
Applicants with at least one year of customer service experience will have an added advantage.
Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
This is a 12-month contract role with strong potential for permanent employment based on performance.

KPI allowance of up to RM300.00 (post-confirmation).
