Job Description

The

Customer Service Executive (CSE)

is the primary online and in-person contact for our beauty services clients. You'll be the friendly, professional face of the business, focused on providing

exceptional service, managing appointments, and driving sales

through effective communication across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Support:

Serve as the main point of contact via online platforms (chat, email, social media) and in person. Greet clients warmly, answer inquiries about services, pricing, and promotions, and ensure a welcoming experience.

Appointment Management:

Efficiently and accurately handle all appointment bookings, changes, cancellations, confirmations, and reminders to optimize the daily schedule.

Issue Resolution:

Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy, escalating complex problems when necessary. Follow up to ensure complete client satisfaction.

Sales & Promotion:

Proactively promote, up-sell, and cross-sell beauty services and products. Process all sales transactions accurately using the system.

Daily Closing & Inventory:

Perform daily sales reconciliation (cash and credit card) and submit reports. Conduct daily stock counts, compare them with system records, and report any discrepancies.

Client Relationship:

Maintain accurate client records and actively build positive relationships to encourage repeat business and gather feedback.
Requirements

Experience:

Fresh graduates are welcome. Minimum SPM level or equivalent.

Language Skills:

Fluent in

English and Bahasa Melayu

. Mandarin is a plus.

Availability:

Must be seeking

permanent employment

(minimum two-year commitment) and be available to work

weekends

and at

various outlet locations

.

Skills:

Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient with online communication platforms, including high

typing speed and accuracy

.

Attitude:

Possess a positive, professional demeanor and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Logistics:

Must have reliable transportation.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
