About the Role
We are looking for a
Customer Service Executive
to be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle customer inquiries, complaints, incidents, and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and a positive customer experience.
This role suits someone who is customer-focused, organised, and comfortable handling multiple support channels such as phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the single point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and incidents.
Handle incoming requests professionally via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Log, track, update, and close incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.
Provide Level 1 support and conduct basic troubleshooting to achieve first-call resolution.
Monitor service health and escalate issues to Level 2 / Level 3 support when required.
Ensure all tickets are resolved within agreed SLA timelines.
Coordinate broadband installations and raise tickets for new projects or customer complaints.
Key in sales orders and maintain accurate service records.
Proactively update customers on service progress and resolution.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in customer service, service desk, or call centre environment.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and SLA-based support is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of IT, network, or broadband services is a plus.
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
Comfortable working with MS Office and customer support systems.
