Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our Sales Support team for our e-commerce operations. Based in Sungai Buloh, this role is critical in managing day-to-day customer interactions across multiple online platforms, ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for our customers.
This position is ideal for someone with a customer-first mindset, strong coordination skills, and familiarity with Malaysia's e-commerce ecosystem (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.).

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries through email, live chat, social media, and marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) in a timely and professional manner
- Handle order-related issues such as refunds, returns, cancellations, and delivery tracking
- Work closely with the warehouse, logistics, and e-commerce teams to resolve issues and provide excellent service recovery
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and ratings across platforms
- Coordinate with internal teams on stock availability, product updates, and promotional activities
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records using CRM systems
- Identify and escalate recurring issues or potential customer pain points
- Ensure service SLAs are met across all channels
- Prepare monthly reports on service levels and issue resolution
- Assist with ad hoc projects or administrative tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail
- Proficient with major e-commerce platforms and seller tools (e.g. Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, able to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction
- Must be willing to work on-site in
