Customer Service Forwarding Executive (Import / Export)

Monday - Friday (8.30am-5.30pm)

Saturday (8.30am - 1.00pm)

Basic Rights: Epf, Sosco, MC, AL, Maternity Leave, PH

Responsibilities:-

Liaise with customer for export / import shipping documents for tracking of shipments. Monitor and arrange for delivery of cargo within specified/requested period. Liaise with all relevant parties for proper documentation and arrangement of shipments and to report any irregularities. Handle and resolve customer complaints / inquiries via mail or phone in a timely. Assist the superior to generate management report whenever required. Coordinating with shipping/warehouse personnel to ensure timely deliveries. Able to coordinate internally and externally on the shipping arrangement, and to ensure. smooth and timely receiving of shipments, arrange pickups and document preparation.

Job Requirements:-

Applicants must be willing to work at Pasir Gudang, Johor. Candidate must be responsible concentrate his/ her job to maintain a standard satisfaction level for the customer Ability to work in a team and under pressure. Must has related experience as a CS Forwarding to handle with custom/ port/ container matter Must has logistics background (related to port / container)
