Requirements
Within the age group of 18 \xe2\x80\x93 60 years old (Freshers & retirees are most welcomed too).
Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service-related fields is an added advantage but not necessary.
Possess good telephone etiquette with a pleasant voice.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively & social media savvy.
Candidate needs to be able to work in Rotational Shift, 80% of the roster is on Night Shift supporting the US market
High Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese + English (verbal, written & comprehension skills)
