Ensure customer's orders are processed & reply in a timely and accurately manner. To attend customer inquiry and complaints via phone call and email.
Issue Confirmation Booking
Manage bookings/shipments including other modes of transport.
Liaise with Carrier/ NVOCC/ Consolidator/ Transporters/ Haulier to ensure smooth delivery of cargo
Preparation of all import/ export shipment documents such as Delivery Order, Authorization Letter, Bill of Ladings, etc.
Generate sales lead to local team for further developments
Monitor & Maintain Weekly Vessel Schedule
Ensure no additional cost (example: Storage, Demurrage, Removal & Detention)
Ensure no gaps and all processes are always ahead of time
Compute accurate data & stats (e.g Shipment/Container vol etc)
Perform and ensure accurate billing
Weekly / Monthly filling job report
Provide support for ad-hoc if request.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Logistic/Transportation, Maritime Studies or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 1 years of working experience in Freight Forwarding (Import or Export)
Candidate with INCOTERM knowledge is an added advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, mature, dedicated, and responsible
Able to work independently and under pressure with confident skill level
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
