Responsible to confirm with clients and make records of shipment.
Responsible to make booking with shipping lines for weekly shipment movement i.e: confirm freight and container movement for the week.
Make arrangement with Transport Dept for collection and delivery of cargo to warehouse. Stick "damaged" sticker on the cargo.
Ensure documents are passed to documentation dept for declaration and custom clearance purpose.
Responsible for preparation of B/L and pass the correct copy of B/L to shipping line, Sankyu Inc. Japan and concerned clients.
Perform any other assignments as and when directed by superior/s and comply with the company's rules and regulations.
Requirements:
SPM / Diploma / Degree required;
1-2 years experience with Import and Exports (required);
Strong Understanding of Import and Export regulations and documentation;
Attention to detail and excellent oral and written skills required, customer service experience required;
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Good interpersonal skills, team player, positive work attitude and adaptability
