IMMEDIATE HIRING! (Digital Customer Service & Health Consultant)
Location: Pusat Perniagaan Lavender Heights, Senawang Seremban
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Efficient and strong skills in customer support, issue resolution, relationship building, administrative duties, marketing skills and team collaboration.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns.
Present to customers preventive health therapies as solutions.
Update and maintain customer records in the system.
Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on customer interactions.
Work closely with the operations, sales, and wellness teams to ensure smooth customer service delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS:
25 year old above, Female only
Minimum Diploma, background in medical, health, or wellness has an advantage but not necessary.
Friendly, disciplined, organized, independent person.
Willing to work on weekends and sometimes public holidays.
BENEFITS:
- Basic salary range from RM1,800 - RM2,500 (subject to qualifications & experience).
With allowance, commissions and incentive (can earn up to RM5K)
