For more information, please visit: http://mwclg.com Position: Customer Service / Indoor Sales Location: I-City Shah Alam, Malaysia Responsibilities Liaising with clients for FCL / LCL / Export / Import shipments arrangements, documentations, and inquiries. Coordinate with ocean carriers, hauliers, warehouses, transportations and local venders for shipments arrangement and deliveries. Ensure the preparation of quotation time basis with sufficient details and follow up. Segregation off work to meet shipment arrangements, and self-aggressiveness of monitoring. Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients. Billing to customer & Payment to venders Handling and understand customer\'s enquiries and respond accordingly. Liaise with customer on the daily basis for shipments arrangements. Undertake any other duties as requested by department head or Management. Qualifications / Requirements Candidate must possess at least Secondary School / SPM Minimum 1 Year(s) of working documentations and operations experiences in Shipping Line / NVOCC / 3PL company. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office & manage to learn new system. Understanding sea freight FCL & LCL documentations (SI to carriers, & Shipping Pre-Alerts), domestics transportation. Airfreight experience is added advantage. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia and preferably with Mandarin Speaking abilities. Good Team Player, Independent and self-motivated. DG Cargoes and Iso Tank knowledge will be an added advantage. 5 Working Days a week.
