Job Description

Benefits Summary:

-This is a full time position
-Basic Salary USD1,200 (RM5,000)
-Working hours: Monday-Saturday, 9am-6pm (1 hour break)
-Company and Working Location: Preah Sihanouk, Cambodia
-There are opportunities for promotion: Position Hierarchy includes Team Leader, Manager, and Regional Manager
-The company will bears the Flight Ticket, Medical Insurance, Work Pass Application and Other Administrative Expenses
-Upon completion of probation period, there will be an USD50 of salary increment every month up to USD2,500 (RM10,500)
-High Commission pay: 3% for sales achieved from USD15,600-310,000?5% for sales achieved from USD311,000-625,000; 7% for sales achieved from USD626,000-1mil
-Entitle for 15 days of paid Annual Leaves upon half year mark of employment
-Return Home Vacation: Paid round trip flight ticket to return home for vacation with paid leaves after completing 1 year of employment
-Ang Paos and Year-end bonuses for Chinese New Year, Lucky draws for Mid-Autumn Festival, Birthday Ang Pao of USD 200 etc.
-The company provides staff hostels including free board and lodging as well as cleaning services


Our client is a reputable Multinational Online Gaming company, and it has been growing rapidly throughout the years due to the huge market demand. They are currently expanding their subsidiary company in Cambodia, and hence, they are looking for more passionate Customer Service Executives to join their big family.


Responsibilities:

-Responsible for prompt responding to customers and actively solving their issues through several channels such as Phone calls, Online Instant Messages, and Emails
-Greeting customers with pleasant manners, and discover customer's issues as well as their experience on our business and services through effective communication with customers
-Observe customer's experience on our services and actively apply blockchain knowledge as well as customer service skills to provide solutions to customers in order to ensure customer satisfaction, and adhere customer rights
-Collect common customer questions and their voices, then sort out and provide reasonable suggestions to the Manager for product and service optimization
-Establish a good relationship with customers


Additional Information/ Requirement:

-No experience is required, as company will provide training
-Possess good attitude and willing to learn
-Self-motivated and target driven
-Team Player and possess good communication skill
-All foreigners are not required to go through quarantine, provided that you have been tested as Negative for Covid-19 before entering Cambodia


Gentle Tips:

-[Accommodation] The company provides meals and lodging at the same time: apartment-style accommodation for 4-6 people, all daily necessities, including four sets of bedding: quilts, pillows, sheets, quilts, etc. will be provided too, however, you will need to prepare your own personal skin care products , otherwise you can also buy it from the local shopping malls around the hostel area
-[Medical Affairs] The company provides free domestic conventional medicines such as cold and headache medicines with medication instructions for medical guidance, and there are clinics nearby hostel too
