Open Position: Customer Service Support, Medical Division (Pharmaceutical Company)

A pharmaceutical company is currently hiring a Customer Service Support, Medical Division to join them in the Selangor company.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Holds a Diploma/Degree in Healthcare related subjects with more than 1 year working experience.
  • Recognize interactions that involve adverse events and/or product quality complaints and manage them in compliance with the applicable procedures.
  • Record all interactions accurately in the necessary database. Ensure documentation is complete concise, and adheres to Good Documentation Practices.
  • Work together with colleagues to exchange effective methods and practices that meet the needs of customers, and provide feedback to consistently improve daily processes.
  • Collaborate in inquiries, surveillance, and inspections.
  • Good proficiency in written English and proficient verbal communication skills in a professional context in English.
