oResponsible for overseeing a team of Customer Service Executives & Inside Sales Executive(s)
1. Inside Sales:
o Strengthen and build long-term relationships with dormant customers / irregular accounts and contacts
o Drive customer sales activity and meet sales targets by handling inbound enquiries and performing outbound communications to customers
o Develop and execute sales strategies, training initiatives, and coaching systems to enhance outreach effectiveness and increase conversion rates.
o Mentor the Inside Sales Executive(s) on best practices in achieving strategic goals
o Continuously balance the dual objectives of driving sales and maintaining operational efficiency
2.Customer Service:
o Be the Subject Matter Expert to the Malaysia-based team for all operational matters
o Create, refine and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Customer Service team
o Work closely with SG-based internal stakeholders such as Warehouse, Logistics and Sales to drive positive customer outcomes
o Be the first point of escalation for operational matters, consolidating information and performing further escalation where needed
3. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
:
Minimum of 5 years of combined B2B Sales / Customer Service experience, preferably in the Food Service / FMCG sector
Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required. Proficiency in Mandarin/Malay (verbal and written) is a plus
Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Fresh sales) is a plus
Experience with ERP Systems (e.g. Alaya, Havi) is a plus
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 5.5day work week
