You will also be given full product training, with hands on assistance from Customer Care Team.In this role you will be responsible for:

• Uncover customer needs and interact with our products and services through various initiatives including CVC, CSAT, or CES surveys via Outbound Calls, Email & Texting across customer touchpoint
• Deep understanding on customer insights by identify the pain points and opportunities through the surveys
• Handling customer contact activities includes sales, customer feedback with Customer Relationship Management System
• Demonstrate effective verbal communication skills when interacting at all level, be it among peers & managers or with customers
• Working in a team to achieve the required Key Performance Index (KPI) & SLA (Service Level Agreement)

Duration: Depending on your university\'s requirementRequirementsThe ideal candidate will possess:

• Currently pursuing tertiary education/Final semester (Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Customer Service Management, Office Management course)
• Has own transport to travel to work on daily basis
