About the Role



We are looking for a

Customer Support Executive (Bilingual)

to handle inquiries and complaints from customers in Japan for a leading food delivery platform. This role involves providing exceptional support via phone, email, and chat while maintaining professionalism and accuracy in both Japanese and English.

Key Responsibilities



Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to food delivery services in Japan. Communicate professionally with customers via phone, email, and chat in

Japanese and English

. Report and escalate issues to the client in English when necessary. Participate in one-month training conducted in Japanese. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain high accuracy and professionalism in all interactions.

Language Requirements



Japanese:

Native (Professional Keigo required - spoken & written)

English:

Daily conversation level

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications



Strong understanding of Japanese business manners and professional etiquette. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving ability. Proficiency with IT systems and tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office). Fast typing speed and ability to use shortcut keys efficiently.

Preferred Skills



High flexibility and stress tolerance. Strong multitasking and learning agility. Blind touch typing skill. Experience in hospitality, sales, admin, or customer service fields.

Compensation & Benefits



Basic Salary:

RM 9,000

KPI Bonus:

Up to RM 370

Shift Allowance:

Up to RM 1,200

Joining Bonus: RM 10,000 (for candidates joining specified intakes)*

Working Conditions



Work Hours:

8 hours + 1.5-hour break (24/7 rotational shifts)

Shift Timings:

MYT 6:00-15:30 / 8:00-17:30 / 10:00-19:30 / 12:30-22:00 / 14:30-0:00 / 16:30-1:30 / 22:00-7:30

Days Off:

2 days weekly (may include weekends & replacement leave for Malaysian public holidays)

Training:

1 month (conducted in Japanese)
