ROLE: Native Japanese - Customer Service (Online platform)
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
? Salary: RM 9,000 basic + RM 300 KPI allowance + RM300 Night shift allowance

? Responsibilities
Provide prompt and professional customer support to Japanese-speaking users via online platform such as chat, email, or phone.
Communicate effectively in English (minimum B2 level) with internal teams and global customers when needed.
Handle user inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and accuracy.
Guide customers through platform features, account issues, and payment-related queries.
Translate or localize support content between Japanese and English as required.
Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate departments while ensuring timely resolution.
Maintain high customer satisfaction by following up on open cases and ensuring users feel supported.
Contribute to improving customer service processes and FAQs for better user experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM9,000.00 per month
