Job Responsibilities:
- process client's request via phone call, live chat, and email
- answering questions about all technical support related to FOREX and other investment instrument
- provide problem-solving skills to existing clients by ensuring excellent service
- ensure operating systems are functioning properly and escalate issues to appropriate specialist when needed
- constantly verify documents submitted by clients
- perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager/leader.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in any field
- welcome fresh grad
- Preferred candidate with customer support experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in Forex Industry will be an added advantage
- Must be willing to support 24/7 rotational shift - 5 working day
