1. Customer Service & Communication
Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally.
Handle customer inquiries via walk-in, phone, email, and messaging platforms.
Provide product/service information and guide customers in decision-making.
Manage customer feedback, complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain a positive company image.
2. Sales & Service Support (optional if relevant)
Promote company products, services, and package with database.
Assist in achieving sales targets.
Support sales team with administrative and follow-up tasks.
3. Administrative Duties
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Prepare complaint reports, forms, and documentation as required.
Ensure proper filing, data entry, and handling of sensitive information.
