Position: Customer Service l Support Representative | Telemarketing Representative | Telesales
Location: Ulu Tiram,Johor
Salary: Rm 2000 - Rm 3000
Work Hours: 5.5 days per week
? Handle incoming customer calls, emails, or chats for support, sales, or telemarketing purposes. ? Assist customers with product/service inquiries, complaints, and order processing. ? Promote and sell company products/services to new and existing customers. ? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. ? Meet or exceed individual and team targets for sales and customer satisfaction. ? Follow communication scripts and guidelines while adapting to customer needs.
Job Requirements:
? Basic computer knowledge. ? No prior experience required; training will be provided. ? Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
