Job: Customer Service l Customer Support l Telemarketing Representative l Telesales
Location: Ulu Tiram
Salary: RM 2,000 - RM 3,000
Working Schedule: 5.5 days per week.
Your Key Responsibilities:
? Handle customer questions and requests via phone, email, and chat. ? Call existing customers to renew their service plans. ? Schedule appointments for our technicians to visit customers. ? Promote and introduce our services to potential new customers. ? Keep customer information and records up-to-date and accurate.
What We're Looking For:
? Good communication skills. ? Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. ? A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team. ? No specific experience required; training will be provided.
