About the Role:


We're looking for a

friendly and customer-focused Digital Live Chat Consultant

to provide real-time support, efficiently resolve issues, and enhance the digital customer experience.

Working Days & Hours:



Working Days:

Monday to Sunday (5 working days per week with 2 rotational days off)

Working Hours (Rotational Shifts):

Morning Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Afternoon Shift: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:



Live Chat Support:

Engage with customers in real time via live chat. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries about products, services, orders, troubleshooting, and more.

Customer Assistance:

Provide clear, accurate, and helpful responses to customer queries. Strive for high customer satisfaction by resolving issues or escalating them appropriately.

Product Knowledge:

Deliver knowledgeable and empathetic support. Promote products, guide purchases, and collaborate with internal teams for effective solutions.

Customer Insights:

Maintain accurate records of interactions and use customer feedback to contribute to service improvements.

Requirements:



SPM / Diploma / Degree qualification (Fresh Graduates) Proven experience in customer service, live chat support, or a related field Excellent written communication skills with a professional, friendly tone Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with digital tools, live chat platforms, CRM systems, and customer support software Positive attitude and strong interpersonal abilities

A probation period applies for this role.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
