JOB VACANCY
POSITION - CUSTOMER SERVICE LOGISTICS
LOCATION - KLANG
SALARY - RM 3500-5000
Ensure customer's orders are processed as per customer requirements & reply in a timely and accurate manner.
Liaise with external party on delivery by submit ROT to haulier / trucker (FCL & LCL).
Follow up closely on delivery to customer that comply to customer's SOP. Arrange empty container collection from customer/return to depo.
Make booking of FTL with transporter for Cross Border trucking to meet customer requirements and monitor closely on fleet to reach destination in timely manner.
Communicate with internal dept and customer on Detention, Demurrage, Storage or Repair charges by D&D Control.
Liaise with customer and internal billing team on invoices submitted to ensure accuracy.
Maintain detailed records and data related to shipment activities input to system that generate daily report.
Undertake other assignments and ad-hoc functions whenever required by superior.
What we're looking for
At least 3-5 years of experience in Logistics-freight forwarder or forwarding agent role.
Familiarity with freight forwarding processes, documentation, and regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and abilities to handle customer requests.
Proficiency in using relevant software and IT systems for shipment tracking and data management
A team player with a positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to provide customer service.
