POSITION - CUSTOMER SERVICE LOGISTICS
LOCATION - BUKIT TINGGI, KLANG
SALARY - RM 3000-4500
Providing prompt and professional customer service to existing clients
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner
Coordinating freight and cargo forwarding logistics to ensure efficient and on-time deliveries
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to customer accounts and shipments
Communicating updates to customers and internal stakeholders throughout the delivery process
Identifying opportunities to expand business with existing customers and securing new clients
Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as required
