Here are the responsibilities:
Prior experience
in managing and resolving clients' issues and inquiries in a professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from clients, providing information and assistance as needed.
Maintain client records and databases, updating information accurately and confidentially.
Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, identifying areas for improvement.
Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Desired skills & requirements:
Important
- At least
1-2 years of experience
in Customer Services/ Administration/ or any related industry.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Customer Service/ Hotel Management/ Business Administration or any related field.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
