Job Scope: As a Customer Service Manager in the logistics sector, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing customer service operations to ensure efficient supply chain management and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Lead and guide a team of customer service representatives.
  • Foster a customer-centric team culture, emphasizing responsiveness and professionalism.
  • Supervise the processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate closely with logistics, warehouse, and transportation teams to meet customer demands effectively.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Implement effective solutions to prevent recurring problems and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service, such as order fulfillment, on-time delivery, and customer feedback.
  • Develop strategies for continuous improvement to meet or exceed service targets.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline customer service processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback and reviews.
  • Use insights to improve service offerings and address areas of concern.
  • Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance customer service operations.
