Manage and oversee customer service operations in logistics/haulage activities
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally
Coordinate with operations, warehouse, transporters, and drivers
Monitor shipment status, delivery schedules, and service performance
Prepare reports, follow up on service issues, and implement improvements
Lead, coach, and supervise customer service staff
Ensure SOP compliance and maintain service quality standards
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
Minimum
3-5 years
experience in logistics or freight forwarding customer service
Experience in managing a team is an advantage
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Familiar with logistics documents (DO, invoices, POD, etc.)
Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Asolute system knowledge is a plus
