Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support through voice and email channels. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Inbound Calls:



Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally. Actively listen to customer concerns and questions. Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer inquiries. Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.

Outbound Calls:



Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, surveys, or other purposes.

Email Support:



Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner. Provide clear and concise written communication. Resolve customer issues through email, including troubleshooting and providing instructions.

Customer Relationship Management:



Build strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service. Resolve customer complaints and issues to their satisfaction. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
