Responsibilities:-
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer service calls
- Handle inbound and outbound emails
- Data entry and administrative task
- Handle ad hoc tasks and assist colleagues time by time
- You will need to go through a training before starting to engage with customers.
Requirement:-
- Have basic knowledge on how to use outlook, google sheets, and excel
- Computer literacy skills.
- Good administrative skills
- Good attention to details
- Most importantly customer service oriented
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin (As you need to communicate with customers who are only able to speak in Mandarin only)
