We are currently making rapid progress with our personal IP on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) and TikTok. We are in the expansion phase and need TikTok and Xiaohongshu operators to achieve even better results together.

We have mastered the complete strategy for success on TikTok and Xiaohongshu, and we can help you replicate.

Requirements:

  • Required language : Mandarin
  • Work experience in customer service or related fields (e.g., telemarketing, billing processing, customer contact) is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Education: SPM graduate or above
  • Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
  • Good telephone etiquette and a pleasant voice
  • Available to address and resolve customer issues or concerns
  • Follow up with inactive or unresponsive accounts to ensure the successful implementation of our products
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel/Word, Zoom, etc.)
  • Stay updated on course and product features and releases
  • Responsible, able to handle pressure, and detail-oriented
  • Eager to learn and grow, striving for improvement
  • Positive attitude, able to handle pressure, enjoys helping others, good character.
  • Able to work in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities
  • Effectively handle customer inquiries over the phone.
  • Responsible for sales of xhs marketing courses and products.
  • Provide quick and timely solutions to all customer-related issues.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Efficiently manage inbound calls/queries from WhatsApp/email.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate resolutions and alternatives, and follow up within specified timelines to ensure resolution.
  • Record customer interactions, manage customer accounts, and archive documents. Able to create high-quality documents, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and customer journey manuals.
