Job Description


  • Ability to work according to appointment schedules with no fixed working days.
ResponsibilitiesMain Responsibilities:Customer Service:
  • Welcome and assist with customer inquiries and service needs.
  • Efficiently schedule and manage appointments.
  • Provide product information and support to enhance customer experience.
  • Professionally and promptly handle customer complaints and issues.
Sales Support:
  • Assist in identifying sales opportunities and generating leads.
  • Introduce and promote products/services to existing and potential customers.
  • Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Prepare and process sales documents and reports.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming to clients.
