Customer Service Mandarin Speaker (salary Package Up To Rm5k)

Job Description
- Strong communication skills in both English & Mandarin (Speaking, reading and writing)
- Willing to work on 24/7 rotational shifts (5 working days/week, 2 off days)
- Having any Customer Service experience would be an added advantage.
- Handling incoming calls and emails enquires from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed their expectations.
- Performing outbound calls to confirm and solve matters with partnering entities.
- Follow up and resolve customers complains and ensure IT is close to satisfaction.
- To channel and escalate any unresolved issues / complains to other relevant departments.
- KPI Incentive - up to RM700
- Shift Allowance - up to RM400
