Strong communication skills in both English & Mandarin (Speaking, reading and writing)
Willing to work on 24/7 rotational shifts (5 working days/week, 2 off days)
Having any Customer Service experience would be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Handling incoming calls and emails enquires from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed their expectations.
Performing outbound calls to confirm and solve matters with partnering entities.
Follow up and resolve customers complains and ensure IT is close to satisfaction.
To channel and escalate any unresolved issues / complains to other relevant departments.
