Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused
Customer Service Executive
to join our team in Melaka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front-desk operations, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience at our Samsung Authorized Service Center.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information on service procedures, warranty terms, and repair timelines.
Create and manage service orders, repair tickets, and warranty claims.
Record and update customer details and service requests accurately in the system.
Coordinate with technicians and parts administrators to monitor job progress.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Maintain a clean and organized front-desk area to ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements
Minimum qualification:
SPM
.
Proficient in
Bahasa Malaysia
and
English
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in customer service or retail is an advantage.
