Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the operation and management of the platform community, daily management, operation and maintenance of the community, including daily communication and basic support;

2. Responsible for social content release, improve user activity, promote user interaction, and create a good atmosphere;

3. Responsible for the management of the community, reduce the advertising rate of the community, actively interact with users, tap potential and core users, and help manage the community;

4. Timely sorting out community problems, timely feedback on problems, feedback collection of customer problems, and cooperation with operational colleagues for rectification and optimization;

5. Handle user complaints, help solve problems, and ensure user satisfaction;



Requirements

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in finance or related field is preferred;

2, with communication and expression skills, able to effectively communicate with users from different backgrounds and cultures;

3. Basic understanding of digital currency and traditional financial market, relevant industry experience is preferred;

4, familiar with the use and operation of domestic and foreign social media platforms, with experience in social media management tools;

5, good problem solving ability and team spirit;

6, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies;

7, hard-working can obey the arrangement, time can flexibly cooperate with the work requirements;

8. Must be able to speak Chinese, English and Vietnamese at the same time;
