Position Details

Position Title:

Customer Service (Non-Voice) - Short Video Chat Support (Native Japanese)

Working Days:

Rotational shifts (24 hours / 7 days)

Working Hours:

Shift-based, includes weekends & public holidays
Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary:

Up to RM 9,000++

KPI Bonus:

Up to RM 300 (based on performance)

Night Shift Allowance:

Up to RM 300 per month
Requirements

Native Japanese with B2 English proficiency Minimum Diploma and above 0-1 year of working experience (fresh graduates welcome) Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
