We are a growing cleaning service company in Johor Bahru looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, organizing schedules, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities :
Respond to customer calls, messages, and online inquiries in a professional manner.
Register customer orders in the system and assign cleaning staff based on schedule and location.
Track service progress, update customers, and ensure smooth coordination.
Conduct follow-up calls after services to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer feedback and assist in resolving issues promptly.
Maintain accurate customer information and service records.
Support marketing activities such as notifying customers about promotions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
Suggest improvements to service workflows and update service scripts.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements :
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to multitask and work under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, customer service software, messaging apps).
Responsible, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
Willing to work on weekends or public holidays when required.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
