Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and resolves customer inquiries/issues accurately via phone / email / live chat. Completes accurately the necessary documentation to manage customer complaints, issues and subsequent solutions. Responsible for identifying and escalating customer issues to the appropriate department.

Job Requirements:

At least a recognized Diploma with 2 years of working experience OR SPM / STPM or equivalent certificate holders with at least 5 years of work experience in CS

Fresh Degree holders are welcome to apply as training is provided.

Strong customer service mindset with good communication and excellent problem solving skills. Possess good communication skills (verbal and written English), additional Mandarin verbal ability is preferred Ability to work on a 24/7 shift including weekends and Public Holidays on rotational basis

Additional Info:

Earliest shift start at 6am. Latest shift end by 3am (For Senior Officer)*
9.5 hours per shift including 1 hour break + 0.5 hours comfort break*
2 days off per week (Most probably to be arrange 2 days continuous but may be split too) Location: Walking Distance from Ampang Park station 1 month classroom training (Mon - Fri, 9am - 6.30pm) Mandatory attendance*
