Responsibilities



Provide 24/7 service of inbound calls for roadside and accident assistance and other service requests such as on-the-go windscreen replacement and car replacement assistance service to customers. Probe to identify the need of the customer based on vehicle situation. Provide policy coverage details. Manage response by coordinating service providers to assist the customer. Follow up and provide status updates to customers. Attend to all inquiries and complaints from inbound calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns. Guide customers basic trouble shooting and offer appropriate alternatives. Escalate situation/complaint involving dissatisfied customers, offering assistance advice and support. Capture voice of customer and provide service recovery lapse for process improvement opportunity.

Requirements



Certification or Diploma in Automotive or related industry Experience in Automotive call center is an added advantage. STPM/Diploma or equivalent with 0-1 year of work experience. Able to speak and read Bahasa Melayu & English fluently. Mandarin speakers are also encouraged to apply. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Able to work from Office & Home as required by Management.
